In accordance with S.D. Admin. R. Chapter 20:10:21 and S.D. Codified Laws § 49-41B-3, Northern States Power Company is required to submit a Biennial Ten-Year Plan for Major Generation and Transmission Facilities in the State of South Dakota.
Install ceiling fans to keep cool air circulating so you can turn down your air conditioner. Still, make sure to turn off your fan when you leave the room.
