Process Efficiency is designed for large industrial customers. You must have processes with a minimum of 1 GWh or 4,000 Dth of conservation potential.
We’ll work with you in three phases to create a one to three-year sustainable energy management plan that incorporates energy efficiency into your business processes and technical projects.
You’ll identify measures that can earn substantial energy savings and rebates for your business.

| 2 | Scope energy-efficiency potential | Engineering, metering, monitoring and additional technical support to define energy saving opportunities at your plant. Your maximum cost will be $7,500 for this work. Pre-approval required with funding dependent on energy saving potential. |
| 3 | Implement energy-efficiency improvements | 1- to 3- year energy management plan to implement projects. Customized proposal for rebates, bonuses and support. |
Who Qualifies
To qualify, you must:
- Be an industrial business customer (electricity and/or natural gas) of Xcel Energy in Minnesota.
- Have large enough manufacturing or business processes capable of producing a minimum of 1 GWh or 4,000 Dth of conservation potential.
