Our products and services differ based on state. Please select your state (or the state you're interested in) from the list to the left.
Why do our products and services differ based on state? Because our business is regulated by state. We have regulated operations in eight Western and Midwestern states. The different regulatory body for each state we serve determines what products and services we deliver in that state.
Want a more predictable monthly payment? Averaged Monthly Payment spreads your heating and cooling costs over the entire year free of charge.
We’ll take into account your energy costs, historical usage and seasonal changes in energy use to give you a more predictable bill each month.
We calculate your average cost over the past 12 months. If you're in a new place, we'll work with you to establish an average. The 12th billing month is used to settle the difference between what you have paid and the energy you have used. This could result in either a credit or a charge.
Note: We may adjust your payment during the year to prevent large changes in the 12th billing month.
